Here I am working on the ribs. It was winter time and yes it was cold.
I used 2 rib jigs, one for the top wing and one for the bottom wing. It saves a lot of time if you can pre cut
your parts in advance.
The photo below shows my completed ribs and nose ribs. Notice the "pink" foam on the plywood
nose ribs, I did this to make a bigger surface area to glue the plywood wrap to. This is an insulation foam and
was purchased from Home Depot. It comes in a 4 X 8 sheet. I really like this stuff as it cuts and
sands like balsa wood.
